Denise is a knowledgeable, professional, helpful and very friendly real estate agent. She was referred to us by a common acquaintance when my family and I relocated to Arizona for my job. She patiently worked with us for over a year at a long distance during the pandemic and helped us get settled and find the right home to rent for a year ahead of buying. She is always available to answer any questions and very proactive. Once we settled on a property she helped us through the application process (we were competing with other applicants) and even after we’d signed the lease she helped us sort out utilities, payments, etc. If you are in need a real estate agent in the greater Phoenix area, look no further.
