Denise is a knowledgeable, professional, helpful and very friendly real estate agent. She was referred to us by a common acquaintance when my family and I relocated to Arizona for my job. She patiently worked with us for over a year at a long distance during the pandemic and helped us get settled and find the right home to rent for a year ahead of buying. She is always available to answer any questions and very proactive. Once we settled on a property she helped us through the application process (we were competing with other applicants) and even after we’d signed the lease she helped us sort out utilities, payments, etc. If you are in need a real estate agent in the greater Phoenix area, look no further. You won’t find anyone better. 5 star service all the way.

Denise is the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever met. I am a little older (young at heart), but she walked me through every step of the process when short-selling my home which was a very complex process that Denise handled with ease. I would highly recommend using Denise as she is a full time realtor which really makes a difference since this is her career.

There are not enough good things that I can say when it comes to working with Denise and New Venture Realty. She made my husband and I feel like we were her only clients and answered all of our questions and took the time to explain each and every process of selling our first home. She has the ability to bring me back to earth and make an educated decision on the buying or selling price. I also appreciate that she will not let me overpay when buying a property. So, if you want a realtor that will not roll over, will do everything within her power for you as her client, will point out the good points as well as the bad, and doesn't hesitate to give her personal opinion, then Denise is the realtor you should select for your next property.

A friend, who had used her previously when buying her home, recommended her highly when I inherited a home in Sun City. Denise walked through the house with me a couple of months before the house was to be sold. She made recommendations for things that should help the sale. Once I listed the house, she kept me in the loop on activities and once sold, she when through the inspection list with me and made great recommendations. She was also very helpful with the buyer's realtor who wanted to control every activity. She was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

Denise helped us both with selling our old house and buying our new one - and she was one of the most patient, helpful and relentlessly cheerful people I have ever had the joy to work with.
